Senior healthcare partner role with a well-established national firm seeking an experienced lawyer to lead and grow the healthcare and life sciences practice from its Florham Park office. The role combines client-facing work, team leadership and business development across regulated healthcare matters and transactions.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary practice advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and health-focused investors on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues. This is an opportunity to shape a regional practice while benefiting from national platform support and cross-practice collaboration.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, transactional or compliance).
Demonstrated track record of client relationship management and business development; ability to originate or grow a portable practice is welcomed.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and strong professional references.
