Partner, Healthcare & Life Sciences — Century City

Leading healthcare and life sciences practice seeking a partner to join its Century City office. The role focuses on advising biotech, medtech and health‑technology clients on strategic corporate matters, financings and collaborations, with close collaboration across transactional, regulatory and IP teams.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, expand an existing client base, and help grow a market-leading practice in Southern California while working with senior partners across offices.

• Proven partner-level track record advising life sciences or healthcare companies on corporate transactions
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
