Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Kansas City office to build and lead a healthcare litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients in complex disputes and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will take a hands‑on role in litigation strategy and trial work, mentor and grow a team, and collaborate with national practice colleagues. Portable business development capability is welcomed as the firm looks to expand market presence in the region.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences litigation, including complex commercial and regulatory disputes
Regular trial and motion practice experience and strong courtroom presence
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Experience managing and mentoring associates and coordinating with national practice teams
Active bar admission in Missouri (or eligibility) and ability to handle matters in the region
