Seeking an experienced partner to join a well‑established team advising healthcare, life sciences and digital‑health clients on complex litigation and technology‑related disputes. The role will handle high‑stakes matters across the healthcare and life sciences sectors, working with cross‑functional teams to manage regulatory, product and data/privacy issues that intersect with litigation.

The successful candidate will lead litigation engagements, supervise associates, and collaborate with commercial and regulatory lawyers on technology and digital‑health projects. There is an expectation of contributing to business development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in healthcare and life sciences disputes, including technology/digital health matters.
Proven trial and/or complex motion practice experience and ability to manage large matters and teams.
Track record of client development and rainmaking; comfort with business development and client relationship management.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it.
