Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice to lead and grow healthcare litigation matters with a focus on digital health and life sciences technology. The role will combine courtroom and regulatory dispute work with counseling on tech‑enabled healthcare products and services.

The successful candidate will lead teams on high‑stakes disputes, develop business in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, and collaborate with cross‑practice colleagues on technology and regulatory issues. Portable practice/clients welcomed.

Established litigation partner with significant experience handling healthcare or life sciences disputes.
Proven ability to lead trial and appellate matters and manage teams across practices.
Demonstrated business development history; comfortable bringing or expanding client relationships.
Strong knowledge of technology-related regulatory and commercial issues affecting healthcare or digital health products.
