Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm seeking an established healthcare lawyer to join the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on transactional and regulatory matters in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, advising healthcare providers, health systems and life‑science companies.

The practice offers collaboration with a multidisciplinary team on client work spanning regulatory compliance, contracts, M&A and commercial matters. The team is looking for a leader who can develop business, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth in the West Coast market.

Juris Doctor and active California bar membership (or ability to become admitted).
Significant partner-level experience in healthcare law, including life‑sciences matters, regulatory work and transactional experience.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; ability to lead engagements and mentor associates.
Track record of handling complex regulatory/commercial matters for healthcare clients.
