Partner, Insurance Litigation — Nashville

Senior insurance-litigation partner role for a well-established firm seeking an experienced advocate to grow a policyholder-focused practice. The role centers on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The partner will lead complex coverage disputes, manage trial and appellate work as needed, and mentor a growing team. This is a business-development-facing position with substantial client relationship responsibilities.

• Significant experience handling insurance coverage disputes and counseling policyholder clients
• Proven trial and appellate litigation skills and experience managing teams
• Strong client-development track record and ability to originate and expand engagements
• Licensed (or able to obtain licensure) in Tennessee and eligible to practice in relevant federal courts
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
