Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust (San Diego)

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the San Diego office to expand its intellectual property and antitrust capabilities. The role emphasizes patent litigation (particularly life‑sciences and technology matters) and antitrust work connected to private equity and commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead complex litigation matters, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups on technology‑focused and industry‑specific disputes. The firm values client development and a portable practice that can be integrated with existing teams.

• Established partner with a proven litigation practice in patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters.
• Experience handling life‑sciences, technology, or private‑equity‑related disputes preferred.
• Track record of client development and ability to bring a portable practice.
• Ability to lead teams on complex, cross‑disciplinary matters and work collaboratively across offices.
• Admission to the California bar (or eligible for admission) and active courtroom experience.
