Partner, Intellectual Property — Boulder

Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its intellectual property group in the Boulder office. The role will focus on patent and trademark work across prosecution, counseling and enforcement, and will involve managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients in technology, media and other commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that handles complex IP matters for sophisticated clients and will be expected to build a regional practice while working closely with colleagues across the firm s IP platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Track record of developing client relationships and originating IP work
