Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Boulder

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its intellectual property practice in the Boulder office. The role will combine client-facing work, case strategy and practice development across patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation.

The successful candidate will handle complex life sciences and technology matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and trade‑remedy/Section 337 investigations, and will work closely with colleagues across offices to service a national client base.

This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced IP team with support for matter staffing, business development and junior lawyer mentoring.

• Established partner or senior counsel with a track record in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation.
• Experience handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and Section 337/ITC investigations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead matters, manage teams and mentor associates.
• Demonstrable client development skills; portable business welcome and will be considered.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and active patent bar registration where required.
