Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Nashville office to grow intellectual property litigation and corporate work. The role combines courtroom-focused IP litigation with corporate governance and transactional matters; candidates should be comfortable advising companies across those areas and developing new client relationships.

The team prioritizes growth in the Southeast and is open to experienced partners who can bring a portable client base and collaborate across offices. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-development expectations and opportunities to work on complex, high-value matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level record in IP litigation and/or corporate practice
• Demonstrated client development and origination skills
