Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Washington, D.C.)

Experienced lateral partner sought to join a national full‑service firm’s Washington, D.C. office to strengthen Intellectual Property, IP litigation and Corporate capabilities. The role will collaborate with regional offices and national practice teams to grow a high‑value, portable practice.

The firm is prioritizing partners with established IP or corporate practices, including patent/IP litigation, corporate governance and related contentious matters. This is a partner track role with flexibility on compensation structure and potential equity participation handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Proven partner‑level experience in IP litigation or corporate practice.
• Portable book of business and demonstrated business development success preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and contribute to practice growth.
• Bar admission and active practice eligibility in the U.S.; Washington, D.C. admission or willingness to obtain preferred.
