High-profile national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas IP litigation team. The role will focus on patent litigation and related IP disputes for sophisticated clients across technology and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will help expand and lead matters from the Dallas office, working with an established national platform and cross-office teams. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role within a busy IP practice while leveraging a portable practice.

Established lateral partner with significant patent litigation experience (trial and pre-trial preferred).
Experience in patent prosecution and coordinating technical expert work is desirable.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Active bar admission and strong litigation credentials in federal courts.
