Leading Texas law firm is seeking a partner to join its Houston intellectual property litigation practice. The role focuses on patent litigation matters, including courtroom and contested proceedings, and requires a partner able to lead high‑value IP disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation team, work directly with sophisticated clients, and help grow the practice in the region. This is a hands‑on senior role with responsibility for case strategy, trial preparation, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable business is welcome; candidates with an existing book of business or a demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships will be prioritized.

Established partner with substantial patent litigation experience (district court and/or ITC preferred).
Proven trial and courtroom experience and track record of handling complex IP disputes.
Demonstrable client development skills or portable book of business.
Experience supervising associates and managing litigation teams and budgets.
