Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Los Angeles

Established US law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Los Angeles intellectual property team. The role will combine leadership on patent litigation and counseling matters with hands-on work in prosecution and licensing.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy/ITC (Section 337) investigations, and will advise clients across litigation, prosecution and transactional IP work. The office offers a collaborative platform and national client base while allowing the partner to maintain and grow a portable practice.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution and IP licensing.
• Track record with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC/Section 337 matters preferred.
• Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
• Strong courtroom and/or trial strategy experience; ability to lead teams on complex matters.
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted.
