Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property team in Los Angeles with a focus on patent litigation and prosecution. The role involves managing complex IP disputes, advising sophisticated clients on portfolio strategy, and collaborating across litigation and technical teams.

Ideal candidates will bring a demonstrable track record of handling patent matters, strong courtroom and motion practice experience, and the ability to develop and lead client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcomed.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience managing teams
• Established client relationships and business development ability (portable practice welcomed)
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer admission
