Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office with a focus on intellectual property litigation, and corporate matters. The role is aimed at a rainmaking partner with a portable practice who can partner across IP, patent litigation and related corporate governance matters.

The team collaborates with multiple U.S. offices and is open to candidates who will help grow or open regional capabilities. The firm offers flexible compensation structures and potential equity treatment depending on the arrangement.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in IP and patent litigation and/or corporate work
• Portable client base and proven business development record
• Experience leading litigation teams and managing complex technical matters
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
