Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Orlando

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Orlando IP litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex patent litigation matters across technologies and managing high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will lead trial- and litigation-focused matters, grow and mentor a team of litigators, and work with cross-practice groups on IP strategy. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice within a global platform while maintaining and developing a portable practice.

• Established partner-level patent litigation experience, including trial and contested proceedings
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with patent litigation strategy and procedures
• Demonstrated team leadership and business development skills; bar admission required
