Senior lateral partner opportunity in Washington, D.C. to lead and grow an Intellectual Property litigation practice. The role focuses on managing high-stakes IP disputes and building long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team handling complex patent, trademark and related technology matters, contributing at both strategic and business-development levels.

• Established track record in IP litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and expand client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in D.C.
• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
