Senior IP litigation partner opportunity in Washington, D.C., focused on patent litigation, licensing and prosecution. The role will handle high‑stakes matters across life sciences and technology sectors, including complex regulatory and trade‑related disputes.

The firm is seeking a partner who can lead trial and enforcement matters, manage client relationships, and develop a portable practice. This is a leadership role with responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers and expanding the IP offering in the office.

• Established patent litigation and prosecution experience, with a track record in licensing and enforcement
• Experience managing teams and leading complex matters from pre‑suit through trial or resolution
• Demonstrable client development ability; a portable practice or book of business is desirable
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience with technical subject matter
