Partner — Intellectual Property — Palo Alto

Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and lead its Intellectual Property practice in the Palo Alto office. The role will focus on patent litigation and IP enforcement matters, combining case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and client counseling for technology-sector clients.

The partner will handle complex contested matters and provide strategic advice across IP portfolios, working closely with litigators and transactional teams. The team values courtroom experience, technical acumen, and active involvement in business development.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and IP enforcement
• Strong trial and motion practice skills with experience in federal courts and, where applicable, the ITC
• Technical background or ability to work closely with technical experts
• Demonstrated client management and business development capability; portable client relationships welcomed
• Active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
