Senior partner opportunity to join a high-calibre intellectual property litigation practice in Silicon Valley. The team handles high-stakes patent and IP disputes for technology-sector clients and is active in complex, trial-focused matters.

The firm is seeking an established trial-capable partner who can contribute substantively to case work and help grow the practice. Candidates should be commercially minded, comfortable leading teams in contentious matters, and able to work closely with technology clients.

Applicants are expected to be actively looking for a move and to bring a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability.

• Established partner with substantial experience in IP/patent litigation and trial practice
• Track record of originating or maintaining client relationships and business development
• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills; able to lead teams on complex disputes
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in Silicon Valley
