Admission to practice and active bar standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
Established partner-level IP/technology practice, with experience in telecom and/or life sciences preferred
Proven record of client development and managing complex matters
Strong litigation and/or transactional experience in IP licensing, portfolio strategy, or technology-related disputes
