Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology — San Francisco

Seeking a partner to lead and expand IP, technology transactions and related corporate work from the San Francisco office. The role will handle cross-practice matters including M&A, capital markets and emerging-growth technology clients, and will work closely with teams across offices on complex, often cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will combine deep transactional and/or IP litigation experience with proven client development capabilities. This is a leadership role for someone able to originate and grow a book of business while collaborating with corporate, finance and industry-focused teams.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in IP, technology transactions and corporate M&A or capital markets
• Proven client-development and cross-practice collaboration skills on complex transactions
• Licensed to practice in California or eligible for admission
