Well-established U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its international trade practice. The role focuses on trade remedy litigation (anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters), trade policy matters arising from recent tariff developments, and trade compliance counseling.

The successful candidate will lead high-stakes AD/CVD litigation, advise on evolving tariff and policy issues, and manage compliance programs for corporate clients across industries. This is a partner-level role expected to bring and expand a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in international trade, with substantial AD/CVD litigation and trade policy work
Demonstrable book of business or ability to bring a portable practice
Proven courtroom and appellate experience handling trade remedies and related enforcement matters
Experience advising on trade compliance programs and tariff-related issues
Active U.S. bar admission
