Lead and grow an international trade practice focused on trade remedy litigation (including anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters), trade policy matters and trade compliance. The role combines substantial courtroom and administrative advocacy with strategic counseling on tariff and policy developments.

We are seeking a partner who will develop and manage a portable practice, advise corporate clients on compliance programs and tariff exposure, and represent clients before government agencies and tribunals. The role involves business development, team leadership and hands-on matter management.

Established partner-level experience in trade remedy litigation (AD/CVD) and trade compliance or trade policy work
Proven record of courtroom/administrative advocacy and regulatory strategy
Demonstrable business development capability and expectation to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong writing, client-management and team leadership skills; active bar admission
