Senior transactional and litigation partner role in an established US-based law firm seeking to expand its international trade practice. The team handles trade remedy litigation (including anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters), trade policy and tariff-related work, and trade compliance matters for corporate clients.

The role is client-facing and requires leadership in case strategy, regulatory engagement and business development. The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice able to originate and grow trade-related work.

Proven partner-level experience in trade remedy litigation (AD/CVD) and related trade policy matters.
Practical experience advising on trade compliance and tariff-related regulatory issues.
Track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience interacting with government agencies.
