Partner — Life Sciences & Technology

We are seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a life sciences and technology practice with cross-border capabilities. The role focuses on advising clients across biotechnology, life sciences and technology transactions, including emerging fintech matters.

The successful candidate will join a global firm platform, working with multidisciplinary teams across the US and UK on commercial, regulatory-compliance and commercialisation-related matters. This is an opportunity to build a practice, originate work and manage complex, high-value matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with a track record in technology transactions and life sciences/biotech matters
• Proven origination and client-management skills, including cross-border experience (US/UK)
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with regulatory, IP and commercial practice groups
