Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy San Francisco litigation team with a strong focus on antitrust and patent litigation. The role will handle high‑stakes civil litigation across technology, life sciences and private equity matters, and will collaborate with regional teams on related energy and sector work.

The partner will lead complex trials and contested proceedings, supervise associates, and develop cross‑practice strategies that combine antitrust and IP litigation experience. This is a business‑development oriented role for an experienced trial lawyer with an established portable practice.

Established partner or counsel with a strong litigation track record, including antitrust and/or patent litigation experience.
Proven trial and motion practice skills; experience supervising and mentoring teams.
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice suitable for a national platform.
Excellent business development and cross‑practice collaboration skills; admissions as required to practice in the jurisdiction.
