Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & IP (San Diego)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its San Diego litigation practice, with a focus on antitrust and patent litigation arising from technology and life‑sciences matters. The role involves handling high‑stakes disputes, managing teams, and developing litigation strategy across complex commercial and IP cases.

The team represents clients in private equity, technology and life‑sciences sectors and works on cross‑office matters. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced platform with national reach while maintaining a visible role in a regional office.

Portable practice and business development capability are welcome; the firm operates an open compensation system and supports partner-led origination and client relationship growth.

• Established partner or senior counsel with substantial experience in patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation.
• Track record of leading significant trials and complex commercial disputes; strong writing and courtroom skills.
• Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination record preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work across a national platform.
