Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Zurich litigation and compliance/regulatory practice. The role focuses on contentious regulatory matters and white‑collar crime work, including internal investigations and enforcement defence across Swiss and cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, engage directly with senior clients, and drive business development. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcomed and will be an important consideration.

Established partner‑level experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement and white‑collar crime
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters and leading teams
Experience advising on cross‑border regulatory investigations and compliance programmes
Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
