The firm prioritises acquiring teams over individual hires, and is particularly focused on partners with a strong track record in substantial commercial litigation and M&A work. Clients span life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry.

This is a strategic growth hire within a market-focused platform that is actively investing across Texas and other key markets including New York, Northern California, London, and Germany. Candidates with an established, portable practice and an anchor client relationship are of particular interest.
