Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Los Angeles)

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a West Coast-focused practice combining litigation, corporate transactions and technology-sector work. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security and corporate governance issues, including M&A and high-stakes commercial disputes arising from technology clients.

The successful candidate will split time between originating new business, managing major client relationships and supervising deal and litigation teams. This is a visible leadership role with responsibility for business development across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience handling fintech, cyber security or technology-related matters in both transactional and litigation contexts
• Track record of originating and closing significant M&A and corporate governance matters
• Strong team leadership and client development skills on the West Coast
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
