Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Miami

Senior partner hire to lead and grow both litigation and corporate governance work from the firm's Miami office. The role combines courtroom and transactional leadership, advising sophisticated US and cross-border clients on complex disputes, governance matters and related corporate risk.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, drive new business development, and collaborate closely with national and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a visible role with significant responsibility for client relationships and practice strategy.

• Proven partner-level track record in litigation and corporate governance matters
• Demonstrated business development and client-management skills
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Miami office
