Well-established international law firm is seeking a partner to build and lead cross-practice work at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology. The role will focus on fintech and cyber-security matters, with a significant West Coast client emphasis while based in the Washington, D.C. office.
The successful candidate will advise on corporate M&A and related commercial litigation and regulatory issues, develop client relationships, and work across teams to grow a technology-focused practice. This is a business-development oriented partnership role with significant leadership and origination expectations.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in fintech, cyber security and corporate M&A matters
- Track record of originating and growing client relationships and cross-selling across practices
- Strong litigation and transactional experience, plus experience advising on technology-related regulatory or privacy issues
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Washington, D.C. office
