Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology (Washington, D.C.)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major international practice advising on complex technology-driven matters. The role blends litigation and transactional work across fintech, cyber security and M&A-related corporate matters, with a national client footprint and particular strength working with West Coast companies.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary teams across the firm’s U.S. platform. This is a partner-level role for an experienced lawyer with an established practice in technology-focused disputes and corporate work.

• Established partner-level experience in litigation and corporate/transactional work involving fintech, cyber security or related technology sectors.
• Proven record of leading matters and managing teams on complex, high-value engagements.
• Demonstrable client development ability; a portable practice or book of business is preferred.
• Strong communication, strategic judgement, and experience collaborating across multi-office platforms.
