Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Washington, D.C.

Senior lateral partner role in a leading international law firm’s Washington, D.C. office, supporting both litigation and corporate governance work. The role will sit in a cross-practice team handling bet-the-company disputes and governance matters for corporate clients, working with domestic and international colleagues.

The team seeks a partner who will be a visible market-facing leader: developing client relationships, driving new business, and mentoring junior lawyers. The role offers significant autonomy to grow a portable practice within the firm’s global platform.

• Established partner with a strong track record in litigation and corporate governance matters.
• Proven client-development/origination ability and a portable practice suited to an international platform.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex, high-value matters.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
