Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to expand both its commercial litigation and corporate transactional capabilities in Washington, D.C. The role is focused on growing high-value litigation matters and complex deals across regulated industries.

Priority will be given to teams or individuals with an established book of business and sector expertise in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive. The team will work closely with offices across the United States and key international markets.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
• Demonstrable sector experience (e.g., life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive).
• Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portability or a substantial existing practice is preferred.
• History of working collaboratively across offices and developing business in domestic and international markets.
