Well‑established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team. The role focuses on handling commercial litigation matters, leading trial teams, and advising sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will contribute senior litigation experience, help grow client relationships, and play a visible role in the office’s commercial disputes practice. Portable business is welcomed and will be considered as part of a partner hire.

Established track record in commercial litigation at the partner level
Proven experience leading litigation teams and managing complex matters
Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice welcomed
Authorized to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Dallas office
