Partner — Litigation (Data Privacy) — US & UK

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to grow and lead its data privacy and cyber-related litigation practice. The role focuses on complex, cross-border litigation and class actions arising from privacy breaches and regulatory disputes.

The partner will be expected to originate and manage major matters, work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the US and UK, and advise high‑profile corporate clients on defense litigation strategy and regulatory risk.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience with a strong focus on data privacy, cyber incidents and class actions
• Track record of originating and managing complex, cross-border matters
• Admissions/qualification in relevant US and/or UK jurisdictions and ability to work across offices
