Partner — Litigation & Energy, Bay Area

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead litigation and energy-related matters from its Bay Area office. The role will focus on commercial and sector-specific disputes across energy, life sciences/healthcare, real estate, construction and transportation matters.

The successful candidate will combine a strong trial and motion background with proven client development skills and the ability to supervise and mentor litigation teams. This is an opportunity to help expand an established practice and win new business in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established commercial litigation experience, including trials and high-stakes motions
• Substantive experience in one or more sector areas: energy, life sciences/healthcare, real estate, construction or aviation/transportation
• Proven client development and practice-building record
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to work from the Bay Area office
