The role focuses on complex commercial and government-related disputes, with particular emphasis on False Claims Act defense, managed-care litigation, and technology-related regulatory and cybersecurity issues.

The position offers a chance to join a multidisciplinary practice that handles high-stakes litigation and regulatory enforcement, working with clients across healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors. The team values courtroom experience, regulatory insight, and a track record of developing client relationships.

Admission to the relevant state bar and significant partner-level litigation experience.
Substantive experience defending False Claims Act matters, managed-care disputes, and healthcare regulatory enforcement.
Familiarity with technology-related disputes including cybersecurity, AI or cryptocurrency issues preferred.
Business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination record preferred.
