Seeking a senior litigator to join a New York office as a partner focusing on healthcare and technology-related litigation. The role blends defense-side healthcare work (including government investigations and managed-care disputes) with complex business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will handle high-stakes courtroom and regulatory matters, mentor associates, and work collaboratively across the firm’s healthcare, technology and investigations teams. Strong client-facing experience and the ability to develop new business in these sectors are essential.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial litigation experience, ideally including healthcare-related matters (FCA/ government investigations, managed-care disputes)
Experience handling technology-related commercial litigation and disputes involving AI, cybersecurity or digital assets
Proven trial/argument experience and ability to lead complex matters from intake to resolution
Track record of client development; portable client relationships or demonstrated book-building ability preferred
Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain admission)
