The successful candidate will lead case strategy and client relationships, handle high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters, and work with a cross-functional team of litigators and industry specialists. Partner-level litigation experience, including significant healthcare and technology-related matters (FCA/managed care, cybersecurity, AI/crypto disputes)
Proven track record of leading complex, high-value litigation and regulatory matters; trial experience preferred
Established client relationships and history of business development; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong communication, management and mentoring skills
