Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its litigation practice in Washington, D.C., with a focus on healthcare-related disputes and technology-enabled matters. The role will handle complex civil litigation, including False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes, and technology-related commercial and cybersecurity litigation.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising healthcare providers, payors, and technology companies on high-stakes defense matters and emergent issues involving AI, cybersecurity incidents, and cryptocurrency disputes. This is a visible practice role with opportunity for client development and practice leadership.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in healthcare litigation and FCA defense.
Experience handling cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, or other technology-related disputes.
Proven client-development ability and experience leading litigation teams.
Active bar admission and trial or significant hearing experience preferred.
