Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Chicago)

Seeking a partner to join a major US firm’s Chicago litigation team to lead high‑stakes patent litigation with a focus on life‑sciences and technology matters. The role also involves handling antitrust and competition disputes, particularly those arising from private‑equity transactions.

The team offers cross‑practice collaboration, national trial capability and access to broad firm resources to support complex, bet‑the‑company litigation and client development. This is a rainmaking role with strong emphasis on building and managing client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in patent litigation and related antitrust/competition matters
• Proven trial or contested litigation experience and experience leading teams
• Track record of client development in life sciences, technology or private equity sectors
