Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Nashville office to lead and grow practices across litigation, intellectual property litigation and corporate work. The role will focus on high‑value IP litigation and related product‑liability and mass‑tort matters, together with corporate governance and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will bring a track record of originating and handling complex matters, collaborate with regional teams (with a strategic focus on the Southeast), and help expand client relationships and office presence. Compensation is competitive and may include equity on a case‑by‑case basis.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation, mass tort/product liability or corporate governance
Proven originator with demonstrable business development and client management skills
A collaborative leader able to work across offices and help grow regional practice teams
