Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and antitrust litigation
Proven record handling high‑stakes, complex commercial or trial matters
Industry experience in life sciences and/or technology preferred
Demonstrable client relationships / portable practice; team‑oriented and business‑development capable
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
