Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property — San Francisco

Seeking a senior partner to lead and expand a contentious IP and antitrust practice from the firm's San Francisco office. The role emphasizes patent litigation in life sciences and technology, alongside antitrust work arising from private‑equity matters.

The partner will manage trial-ready teams, supervise complex docket work, advise sophisticated corporate clients, and play a leading role in business development and client relationship management. The position reports into the national litigation practice leadership and collaborates with cross‑practice teams.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established track record of partner-level patent litigation experience, preferably with life sciences or technology matters
• Significant experience in antitrust or competition litigation, particularly matters related to private equity
• Proven trial or high‑stakes litigation experience and ability to lead teams
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
