Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Washington, D.C.

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. litigation team with a principal focus on patent litigation and related IP disputes. The role will also handle complex antitrust and competition matters tied to private equity and transactional disputes, and will work across life sciences and technology industry practices.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, trial-ready practice and will work closely with cross‑practice teams (IP, antitrust, and corporate) to service sophisticated corporate and PE clients. The opening is suited to an experienced partner with a portable practice who can help grow client relationships and contribute to firm leadership.

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes; strong record of handling complex matters to trial or dispositive motion.
• Substantive experience with antitrust/competition litigation, particularly as it relates to private equity or transactional challenges, is highly desirable.
• Track record of client development and ability to bring or expand a portable practice.
• Comfort working collaboratively across IP, antitrust, and corporate teams; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in federal courts.
