We are seeking a partner to join a well-regarded litigation team in Baltimore, with a strong focus on international arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes. The role involves leading significant matters, managing a team of litigators, and advising clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional issues.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role developing and growing the practice in the region, collaborating with colleagues across offices on cross-border work. Portable business is welcome and the firm supports partner-driven client development.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Proven record of leading matters through arbitration and/or trial and managing teams.
Business development experience and ability to grow a portable practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.
